Terminated from Gloscon on 11 July 2008 with reasons.

Dhaval Parikh worked in Gloscon. An M Sc. IT graduate of 2008 from K.S. School of Business Management, Dhaval joined as a Trainee in Gloscon Solutions Pvt Limited Ahmedabad.

Because of his interest in learning new things, company gave him exposure to learn new things as well as lead a team. Company also was paying a high stipend when he was undergoing training and also assured him a guranteed job.

Dhaval had been repeatedly found following unethical practices in the company. Once he put Company's purchased eBooks in public domain on his personal site. For this company warned him and he submitted an apology letter.

As the Ruby on Rails practice of Gloscon matured, Dhaval was given an opportunity to participate in Branding and Sales Cycles. Dhaval put up his personal website http://www.dhavalparikh.co.in/ and had started branding it more than company while continuing to get salary from Gloscon.

Company's CEO advised him at least 3 times to see that Company's branding is given importance espeically since he is drawing salary from the company and has certain responsibilities. Dhaval did not pay attention to this.

Company's CEO then arranged a bait for him where he was also found to take on separate project for personal gains in direct competition to Company's business.

Dhaval Parikh was immediately terminated as he had repeatedly shown unprofessional conduct. A person who was looked upon as a mentor in Ruby on Rails division of Gloscon set very wrong example.

Company has neither provided any relieving letter nor any experience letter to Dhaval Parikh.

Further update

Dhaval had taken a Laptop from Company and the transaction was not fully settled as company had not got rebates yet. He picked up a router from company and also had  Company's Cricket game equipment with him and when he was terminated, Dhaval did not bother to return the router, sports equipment or balance amount for the laptop.

Company called him to return the router and settle the laptop transation to pay tbe Balance Rs.4264 and Dhaval refused to return the wireless router!!! Company agreed to return his full amount and get the laptop back despite him using it for nearly 3 to 4 months. Dhaval agreed on that. Company arrange cash to reverse the transaction.

Dhaval then sent his Dad to the office to pay the laptop balance. He even had his Dad intervene to return the router and indeed return it at home of CEO. And the sports equipment still is with him!

Things that are  ethical and should have happened naturally had to go through such long discussions and its a surprise that a matured individual pulls Dad in matters like this.
