Rajkot Municipal Corporation collected taxes worth Rs 28 crore on the last day of the scheme for rebate against payment of advance tax on May 31. According to sources in the RMC, the tax collected was higher by Rs 7 crore as compared to last year's collection. The taxes include property tax, house tax and water tax.
