Vibrant Gujarat Newsletters are only sent out weeks prior to the event to create a hype, get publicity, create an illusion for businesses and people and make tall promises. Tax payers are looted, land bank is given away to industrialists at dirt cheap prices.  Reality check needs to be done on what has transpired at ground level.
